Once described as 'the noblest of preserves' this rich deeply coloured preserve doesn't disappoint. Made with Scottish blackcurrants which are gently cooked to produce this traditional and rich preserve. 

Sugar, Blackcurrants, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. 
Prepared with 35g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 65g per 100g.
